The Basic subscription package is purely based around having access to the latest software updates and upgrades on the mBox platform's main operating system, the mOS. The product is part of the mRepublic subscription service offering and provided free of charge for the first year (included in the 1st year warranty). To renew subscription for subsequent years, a nominal fee per mBox unit is charged for each year thereafter.
The Basic support package is ideal for cost-sensitive installations with modest response time requirements. Customers who purchase the Basic package are entitled to best-effort support service from Msona's authorized channel partners, mPartners. All support tickets must be submitted by the mPartner via mProject, Msona's online collaboration tool.
The mCare subscription is ideal for daily business installations where telephone support and fast response times are essential.

With your permission, Msona Support Team can remotely connect to your mBox in order to solve even the most complicated issues. Live support is available for mCare customers only. It can only be requested through a ticket on mProject.
