![]() For End-user Customers If you have an mBox system with an active maintenance subscription (at least Basic package) and you have configuration issues or malfunctions, we encourage you to first contact your authorized Msona reseller, mPartner, to obtain support. However, if you are unable to obtain support from your reseller directly, you can submit a request for support here and we will follow up the issue until the problem is resolved.
