Mikael Sandberg, Chairman
Mikael Sandberg was instrumental in building up Bostream - a pure broadband operator in Sweden, initially as MD then as Board member. This broadband operator was profitable from relatively early and became one of the most efficient in the market. Mikael and other investors exited in the summer of 2004 at over 50 times return on investment. Mikael made this investment through the vehicle of Regency Capital International Limited (now in Members' Voluntary Liquidation) where he was also responsible for corporate finance activities. Previously Mikael worked with Nomura International (AIG) on mainly public and private equity focusing on the telecom and IT sectors. Before joining Regency Capital in early 1999 Mikael had worked almost seven years in telecom related consulting at Analysys Ltd and Arthur D. Little partners in the United Kingdom.

Francesco Salamida, Vice President (Innovation & Operations)
Francesco started Msona after leaving the innovative networking manufacturer, Allied Telesis International where he had founded the Allied Telesis R&D centre in Milan focusing on the Next-Generation Broadband IP based Customer Premise Equipment in year 2000. Prior to Allied Telesis, Francesco had various experience in R&D developing both devices and systems based on SoC in the telecommunication, networking and industrial sector with various leading vendors like Motorola, Hewlett Packard and General Electric. Francesco holds an MSc in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico of Milan (1993) and an MBA with concentration in Finance and Accounting from SDA Bocconi University (2009). Francesco lives in Milan, Italy with his wife and daughter.

Rami Houbby, Vice President (Business Development & Marketing)
Rami joined Msona after leaving the innovative networking manufacturer, Allied Telesis International. Prior to leaving Allied Telesis, Rami has held various senior marketing and strategic business development positions at the company's European operation. Rami is a founding member of the FTTH Council Europe industry group. At the Council, Rami held various key leadership positions including Chairman of the Market Development Committee and later as Member of the Board. Previously Rami worked at 3Com Europe in various business development roles and was involved in the early deployments of Broadband Cable services in the UK. Rami was educated in computer and electronics engineering at McGill University (1994) in Montreal, Canada and holds an MSc. in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol (2009) in the United Kingdom. Rami is an associate of the Ventura consulting group and a Board member in Ventura Investors S.A. in Luxembourg. Rami lives in the UK with his wife and three children.
